How long have you been roleplaying? Around One or Two years. I first got into HL2 RP through Novagaming.

Write a Background Story (App. 2+ Paragraphs) of your character's life, and how they got into their current situation:

Vladislav Makorov was born in the year 1987 in Kashin, a small town in eastern Russia. His parents could not afford to take care of him, so they had gave him to a wealthy upper class couple in the area. The couple had cared for him and gave him a good education and taught him morales, much more than his original parents could have provided him. When Vladislav started Elementary school, he skipped several grades, and had ended up right into Fifth grade at the age of nine. An extremely intelligent person he was, he often made good friends and choices, and he barely got into trouble. Every now and then though, he would pull an elaborate prank on someone, and they wouldn’t even know who it was, until Vladislav told them. At age twelve, he had graduated from Elementary school, and took a break from school until the age of fourteen when he had entered High School at grade ten.

By the age of 17, he had graduated from High School with flying colors and a scholarship to Moscow University. Andrew soon moved to the college where he had made many lifelong friends. At the age of 21, Andrew had Masters in Business. He soon owned his very own restaurant in Red Square, it had became very popular and made Andrew Wealthy. He was able to afford many luxurious things other people could not, and had often donated to people and charities. One day he had found his original mother and father in his restaurant and had a family reunion. His original parents were doing okay in life and if they were in the situation they were today many years ago, they could have supported him. They had decided though they made the right choice giving Vladislav to the couple.

When Makorov turned 26, several months later, the Universal Union or the combine,had came to the earth, dropping various war machines in the city and soon a large building just dropped from the sky, called the Citadel. Within one hour the city had fell, and he became a refugee hiding in the sewers. Three days later, the combine had officially organized the human population of the earth, with Doctor Breen’s negotiating. He became a random citizen, having no purpose now. He wants to have his life back, sure it won’t be the same, or easy. Eventually he will get to where he wants to be.

DENIED, sorry, but the prerequisite is right there at the top of the application format.

The application will be saved until you receive your loyalist record ingame.

I know you want to try CWU very badly, and I respect that, but the backstory was also not exactly that well put into, there wasn't anything that exactly caught my attention, you need to focus on those aspects.

Would you make a slight change to the applicaton format for the loyalist points be required ICly and OOCly. However, I guess it's pretty obvious though that you would need loyalist points, which can be fairly easy to achieve if you know how to play your cards right.
