Weekend To-Do List

-Apply the "Uses" feature to all applicable items.
-Work on Backpacks.
-Really nice helicopter entity.
-PHANTOM Model.
-Start updating MPF/OTA roster.
-Weekend item distribution.
-Work on Accessory items.
-Fix any existing bugs/problems.
-New MPF Models.
-Rework item effects (Drug based item screen effects.)
-Reconfigure Evolve admin permissions.
-Make Sinic happy by changing "Of" to "of" for all items.
-Change out the fucking RAM.
-Bring up secondary training/prison server, so our characters can move locations in special circumstances, and have an actual MPF training area.
-Anything else?
